Due to the size and weight of many products, delivery may take up to 7 days. We will contact you after your order has been submitted to confirm a suitable date with you.
With livestock, in order to ensure that they reach you in optimum condition delivery may take up to 7 days. This is to ensure that the items ordered have been suitably rested and prepared for shipment. A collection service is available from our Enfield premises. We will contact you regarding delivery once your order has been submitted.
Someone will need to be available at the delivery location in order to receive the goods. Failure to be present on the day of delivery will nullify may mean that the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery charges.
Returns will only be accepted if an item is received damaged or faulty. If this is the case please follow the appropriate procedures on our terms and conditions page.
